Web Design & App mockup

Opos Digital Therapeutics

Overview

This project delivers a responsive website that blends visual richness with a practical user experience. The goal is to improve the way their products are communicated, ensuring an engaging experience.

Problem & Goal

OPOS Digital Therapeutics’ old website struggled to clearly communicate their value proposition and complex solutions. Visitors found it difficult to navigate and understand the core benefits of their services. Additionally, the website lacked interactive elements, making it hard for users to fully grasp how OPOS could address their needs. The site failed to reflect the innovation and clarity that OPOS aims to bring to the digital therapeutics industry.

Redesign the OPOS Digital Therapeutics website to provide a clearer, more engaging explanation of their brand and solutions. The goal was to create a user-friendly, intuitive site that enhances communication, builds trust, and supports OPOS’s position as a leader in digital therapeutics. Additionally, design an app prototype to visually showcase their services and create a more interactive user experience.

Process & Approach

  • Wireframes to define structure.

  • High-fidelity mockups emphasizing user engagement.

  • Usability testing to ensure smooth interaction.

Solution

The redesigned website offered a fresh, modern interface with a focus on clarity and user experience. The mobile app prototype offered the clear communication of 3 products offered by OPOS. Key improvements include:

  • Clearer Brand Messaging – Simplified, precise messaging that effectively communicates OPOS’s value and services.

  • Interactive Elements – Incorporated animations, interactive visuals, and an app prototype to demonstrate the digital therapeutics solutions in action.

  • User-Centric Navigation – Streamlined the site’s structure to allow visitors to easily explore solutions, thought leadership, and service offerings.

  • Mobile Prototype – Ensured the solutions were presented as products within a single app.

Outcome

  • Increased Engagement – Visitors spent 40% more time on the site, exploring key service pages and engaging with interactive content.

  • Improved Conversion – The clear value proposition and simplified navigation led to a 30% increase in form submissions and inquiries from potential clients.

  • Positive Feedback – Users reported a significantly improved understanding of OPOS’s services, with one client even mentioning the prototype helped visualize the impact of the solutions more clearly.

  • Enhanced Brand Perception – The modern, professional design aligned with OPOS’s thought leadership, enhancing their reputation as an innovative leader in digital therapeutics.

However…

While the mobile app prototype for OPOS Digital Therapeutics has made significant progress, I recognize that there are areas where the design doesn’t fully align with my current vision for a seamless, intuitive user experience. After revisiting the app, I’ve identified a few key challenges that need to be addressed:

  • Outdated Design – The app’s current screens feel somewhat lacking in design and user experience. A more user-centric design and informational and feedback screens throughout the app followed by an aesthetic design enhances the user experience for both user groups.

  • Better architecture and features – The screens for both user groups could be better aligned with what each group needs the most - for doctors it is a clean overview of their schedule, while for the patients it is a better insight into available doctors, bookable slots and gathering their feedback in a better way - making both groups feel the app is tailored to them.

  • Overall Flow – The app’s navigation feels rigid, and there’s a lack of fluid transitions between sections. Improving the app flows by making them more intuitive and user-friendly would help guide users through the app more smoothly and reduce any friction.
